House Wrap

As an integral part of the full secondary moisture/air barrier/drainage system with tapes and flashings, Kingspan has a non-woven, non-perforated house wrap/building wrap. Its breathable polyolefin coating performs as both a water-resistive barrier.

Durable wrap to protect against air and moisture infiltration and qualify as a water resistive barrier as well as an air barrier material. Reduce the potential for rot, mold, and mildew by incorporating moisture/air barriers and a drainage capacity.
